How do I restore a decoration?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings → Restore purchases. Lantern Garden is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription.

Where is my progress saved?

Your shop, cats, stamps, and preferences are saved on this device. There is no game account or cross-device sync. Deleting the app may remove your progress. Restoring a decoration does not restore your game progress.

How do I invite more cats?

Earn stamps by serving sushi, collecting daily gifts, and growing friendships. Open Cats and choose the friend you want. Every cat can be earned by playing.

Can I play offline?

The core game works offline. Loading, buying, and restoring App Store purchases need a connection. Your upgraded stations also earn a limited amount while you are away.

How do I change the language?

Open the gear button → Language. Choose English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, or your system language.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles purchase refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the purchasing Apple Account. Apple decides eligibility. Refunded decorations may be removed from your available looks.
